We produce many traditional preserves such as lemon cheese, marmalades, jams and herb jellies. This list shows the full selection of products that we offer.

Lemon Cheese, Lime Cheese and Orange Cheese

Lemon Cheese is a traditional name for Lemon Curd in certain areas. Lemon Curd and Lemon Cheese are made in the same way with the same ingredients. Our Lemon cheese has a rich tangy flavour due to the finest ingredients in our traditional recipe.

Herb Jellies

Mint Jelly
The most popular and versatile of our Herb Jellies. It is a superb accompaniment to roast lamb, and is also delicious with cold meats and salads.

Rosemary Jelly
A lamb lover’s gourmet garnish. The use of our own rosemary captures the immediate aroma of a real organic country herb garden.

Tarragon Jelly
The perfect companion to chicken and should also be tried with pheasant. This delicate flavour is also a superb compliment to a wide range of fish dishes.

Sage Jelly
This jelly tastes delicious with pork and duck dishes

Thyme Jelly
Exquisite with a roast beef dinner. This unique taste is also lovely as a glaze for roast pork or turkey.

Everyone's favourite, made with fresh strawberries from Cumbria and Scotland.

Made from fresh Damsons from the Lyth Valley, this jam has a strong and unique taste.

This jam is lovely on toast, and is made from the finest fresh raspberries.

Blackcurrant Jam
A tasty jam made from Cumbrian Blackcurrants.
